One Country Sweepstakes Rules 2024

No purchase, payment or any other form of financial contribution is necessary to enter or win any sweepstakes, and the free alternative entry methods are always available for all sweepstakes. Notwithstanding any provision of these official rules, the specific rules on any sweepstakes page or any other representation, the sweepstakes and entries are void where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law through no further act of any party. All federal, state and local laws and regulations are in effect.

Methods of Entering a Sweepstakes:

One Country offers different ways to enter a Sweepstakes:

(a) By subscribing to Discount Packages and Exclusive Content. To subscribe, go to OneCountry.com,

(b) By utilizing the alternate free entry method. Visit the page for the Sweepstakes you wish to enter and scroll down to the “Legal Information” section of that page. Please click on the “Alternate Entry Method” link in the Legal Jargon version (or “here” on the Plain English version) and fill out the entry form before the Sweepstakes end.

You will receive a specific amount of entries based on the conversions described in the Official Rules or expressly and specifically for Sweepstakes (if the Sweepstakes specifically offers a specific conversion, the one provided will be the one used).

Eligibility Frequency Limits.

From time to time, One Country may set limits on how frequently someone can be eligible to win more than one Major or Minor prize within a specified time period. In those cases, a “Major” prize has an approximate retail value of Sixteen Hundred US Dollars ($1,600.00 USD) or more. Prize Limitations.

Your Country, state, principality or governing body may allow you to enter a Sweepstakes but not permit you to obtain the prize from winning such a Sweepstakes. One Country is not obligated to deliver a prize or allow your entry into a Sweepstakes if such delivery or entry would violate applicable laws or regulations.

It is your responsibility to confirm

(i) your eligibility to enter a sweepstakes, (ii) whether or not a sweepstakes is open in your state, country or principality, (iii) any eligibility frequency limits applicable to you and (iv) any specific restrictions on acceptance or receipt of the sweepstakes prize(s) applicable to you before entering a sweepstakes or claiming a prize. In all cases, notwithstanding any provision of these official rules, the specific rules on any sweepstakes page or any other representation, c
